Disney is huge, so perhaps the question should be 'what Disney park is closest?'
The answer would be Animal Kingdom, being approximately 5 minutes drive away, with the Magic Kingdom being a little further away. The roads leading to Disney get very busy but we have a good shortcut and give this on our information notes.

We arrive late at night - will this cause any problems?
No problem at all. Our home has a coded door entry lock, as has the entrance gate to the resort. We provide you with the access codes so all you have to do is to just turn up and let yourself in!

What if I lose the codes?
With the information sheet that we send out with the codes on, we also include details of our management company. I would suggest that you write down their contact details and keep these seperately so that should you lose your details, you can contact them directly and they will be able to provide you with the codes upon verification of your booking details.

How far is the nearest supermarket?
As you turn into Formosa Garden Blvd from the 192, a supermarket is located approximately 1/4 mile up on the right. Details of this, and others, are provided on our information sheet.

Do we need a car?
To get maximum enjoyment, we would say YES. Transportation is available from the resort, with details provided with our information sheet. Please see our links page where details can be found for competitive car hire rates.

Can you recommend a car hire company?
Certainly. This link will take you to a company that we use frequently! Typically, they will quote you for a vehicle from Alamo, Dollar or Budget. Two price options are available - silver and gold, depending on your own preference. Booking is simple and the price quoted is the price you pay - no additional insurances, tax etc. Please bear this in mind when comparing prices.

Where can we buy attraction tickets?
Everywhere! However, many will advertise rates and add applicable taxes at the checkout. We have provided a link to a company that we have used who are competitive and who can arrange to have the tickets to be sent to your home address, villa address or if you wish, you may collect them from their local office in Kissimmee. Please see our links page for details.

How busy does the pool get?
This depends on many things, not least the number of people staying at the resort at any one time. In our experience the pool has never been 'packed'. Indeed, we often have the pool to ourselves no matter what time of year. Please remember there are two pools, and that most people who visit the area will be walking around the theme parks.

Do we have to provide our own bed linen and towels?
No. Everything is provided, including pool towels.

How often does the linen get changed?
Our home is cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. No further cleans will be undertaken during your stay. However, should you wish to have such, then this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Can we check in earlier / check out later?
Check in / Check out times are stipulated to allow our cleaners time to prepare our home following the departure and prior to arrival of new guests. The use of the resorts facilities will be available to you, but you will need to contact us to discuss anything else.
