Alternatively a rate can be quoted at time when full payment is due based on the currency exchange rate given by the Post Office (tourist rate) for immediate payment. BOOKING PROCEDURE

Firstly, please take time to check our availability calendar If you would like to stay at our home, please first contact us and we will confirm availability, reserve your dates for 7 days, and forward to you our booking form via e-mail. State Law requires you to advise us of the names of each person who will be staying at our home. We will therefore request that you complete our booking form and return a signed copy back to us. A scanned copy returned by e-mail is acceptable. With your signed booking form, you will be asked to submit your initial deposit which will subsequently act as your refundable security deposit. For bookings where your arrival date is less than 10 weeks away, you will be asked for your rental payment plus the security deposit. You may submit your payment in a number of ways (in order of preference) Bankers Draft / personal cheque sent to our UK address or US bank (depending on currency) Bank wire Credit card * *If you wish to pay by credit card please advise us before we quote you. You can pay by credit card by clicking on the PayPal 'Buy Now' button below. This will take you to the PayPal website, and will guide you through the payment process.  Alternatively, we can send you a payment request by e-mail.

Alternatively, you can simply place a cheque together with your booking form and post it to us. Please note that it generally takes a minimum 7 days for post from the USA to arrive in the UK. We in turn (unless by prior agreement) have to send the cheque back to our bank in the USA which then has to clear through their system. Once funds have cleared and approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, we will forward to you the directions and access codes to our home, together with other pieces of information such as local supermarkets, short cuts to Disney etc.
