However we are able to accept payment in GBP £'s for our British guests. * Prices in GBP £ are indicative only (based on an exchange rate of 1.70).  A rate can be quoted in GBP £ upon request. Alternatively a rate can be quoted at time when full payment is due based on the currency exchange rate given by the Post Office (tourist rate) for immediate payment. All above rates are INCLUSIVE of Florida State and tourism taxes (currently 13%).  A refundable security deposit of US$200 or £125 will be required - please read our terms and conditions Discounts available for durations of 18 nights or more - please contact us for a quote.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Firstly, please take time to check our availability calendar If you would like to stay at our home, please first contact us and we will confirm availability, reserve your dates for 7 days, and forward to you our booking form via e-mail. State Law requires you to advise us of the names of each person who will be staying at our home. We will therefore request that you complete our booking form, and return a signed copy back to us at our UK address. We then forward your details to our management company for their records. With your signed booking form, you will be asked to submit your initial deposit. For bookings where your arrival date is less than 10 weeks away, you will be asked for your rental payment plus a security deposit. You may submit your payment in a number of ways (in order of preference) Bankers Draft Personal cheque Credit Card Bank wire If you wish to pay by credit card, you can do so by clicking on the Visa / Mastercard 'Buy Now' button below. This will take you to the PayPal website, and will guide you through the payment process.  Alternatively, we can send you a payment request by e-mail.

Alternatively, you can place a cheque together with your booking form and post it to us. Please note that it generally takes a minimum 7 days for post from the USA to arrive in the UK. We in turn (unless by prior agreement) have to send the cheque back to our bank in the USA, and this then has to clear through their system. However, alternative arrangements can be made, i.e. you can send a cheque directly to our US bank in Florida - please ask. Once funds have cleared, and approximately 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, we will forward to you directions and access codes to our home, together with other pieces of information that may be beneficial.
