	Located only minutes from the Walt Disney World complex our home is located within a gated townhome community within the Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, Florida , and is one of only a very few homes that can offer the type of view we enjoy

This is the view you will wake up to should you decide to stay at our home. After the early morning mist has lifted, will you be tempted to open the patio doors and just sit on our balcony, listening to the 'dawn chorus' of the native wildlife with perhaps a glass of fresh Florida orange juice or maybe a cup of fresh coffee? As you watch the wild birds flying in from the surrounding conservation area, to stalk their prey from the perimeter of the lake, you can plan and prepare yourselves for your busy day ahead!
